We are a proud member of the Australia Day Council in South Australia (ADCSA), whose vision it is to inspire national pride and spirit to enrich the life of all Australians. It is an independent, member-based, non-profit association.

Glen Ewin Estate
Located in the North-Eastern Adelaide Hills, this picturesque heritage listed property was established in 1843. Only a short drive from the CBD this estate is a very popular wedding venue and Des's Minibus take pride in being their preferred transport provider for groups, such as bridal parties and wedding guests. 

Lakes Challenge Aussie Bush Festival
A festival of three days, this event offers plenty of music, markets, special challenges such as the the Stockman's Challenge and so much more. It is an event for the entire family!

The Bend Motorsport Park
Located at Tailem Bend this motor racing circuit is well known for its adrenaline fueled driving experiences, passenger laps, karting and last but not least their popular events including but not limited to OTR The Bend 500.

TreeClimb
Located in within Kurrangga Park in the Adelaide City Parklands, TreeClimb offers seven elevated tree top courses (including zip lines) for both children and adults alike. In addition to the many adventure elements an education trail has also been added, which provides plenty of opportunity to learn about the history of Adelaide and its Parklands whilst having fun. 

University of Adelaide

Established in 1874, the University of Adelaide is South Australia's oldest university and the third-oldest within Australia. Ranked amongst the most prestigous universities in the world, Adelaide University is home to some of the world's leading researchers.  

Yumigo!
Yumigo! (you-me-go!) was created to promote physical activity and the diversity of the South Australian landscape. Founded by ultra-runner Ben Hockings, Yumigo! encourages people to exercise by running through inspiring nature and to essentially leave behind nothing but their footprints. 

Adelaide University Solar Racing Team
In October 2017 Des's Minibus supported the Adelaide University Solar Racing Team (AUSRT) in its efforts to participate in this year's Bridgestone World Solar Challenge. Teams from over 30 countries around the world participated, all comprising of tertiary and secondary university students and their support teams. The challenge: to travel the outback from Darwin to Adelaide in a vehicle powered only by the power of the sun. Des’s supplied not only financial support but also provided a 13-seat bus and a brand-new Toyota Camry for the team to accompany Lumen II on their journey. 

Matrics Netball Club
With its early start as part of the Matrics Sports Club, which was founded in 1972, this netball club has been producing and training top players ever since, contributing to the players of the Thunderbirds' quad. Des's Minibus is proud to sponsor player Kate Easther, who was elevated into captaincy of the Premier Leagues Team in 2017. 

Port Adelaide Football Club
This Adelaide -based Football Club that has been around since the 1870s is Chris' (our CEO) favourite Football Club. Des's has been sponsoring this club for many years. 

State Theatre Company of South Australia
The State Theatre Company is a significant South Australian cultural institution and SA's leading professional Theatre Company. Des's Minibus has been a proud sponsor for a few years and we hope there are many more years to come.

SA Veteran Cricket
In November 2017 the first Over 70s Veteran Cricket Championship took place in Adelaide, involving 300 cricket players and supporters from all over Australia. Des's MInibus proudly supported SA Veteran Cricket and the teams by providing reduced prices for all transport needs. 

Cancer Council South Australia
This independent, non-government organisation has been around since 1928, working non-stop to beat cancer. Their efforts lay in continous cancer research, in improving cancer prevention, survival rates, cancer care and much more.
Des's has been supporting this charity for many years now, participating in their annual event "Australia's Biggest Morning Tea' to raise and donate money for Cancer Council SA. 

Guide Dogs SA/NT
For more than 60 years this charity has been improving the quality of life for people with disabilities. Their culture of innovation, talented dogs, highly qualified trainers, and transparency has also made them Australia's Most Trusted Charity for five years in a row since 2013.
As it is our tradition to give all donations, earnings from raffle prize tickets and silent auction from our annual Christmas dinner to a different charity each year, we decided to support this wonderful charity for their efforts in 2017.
